CJ Luis is currently focused on the hospitality industry, charitable/ community organizations, and management for the family business in Anaheim, CA. CJ has a strong passion for business, community involvement, art, and entrepreneurship.
CJ Luis grew up in Seal Beach, CA. From the time CJ was a young man, he loved the voices of famous singers like Elvis Presley, Lionel Richie, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Nat King Cole.
CJ grew up around music, he has been around jazz since birth. His grandmother, Bobbie Stovall, has been a concert pianist for many years and taught the family the importance of music in each of their lives. CJ's family is all musical, his two brothers sing as well and his family members play the bass and drums. CJ's father and mother, Tina and Geoff Luis, always taught their sons the importance of hard work, humor, love, and family. From the age of 10, CJ has been performing in front of people. His grandparents Jim and Bobbie Stovall instilled in him the importance of confidence, drive, and dedication.
CJ was a chef before his time as a singer and has learned the art of Italian Cuisine from a young age. Life to CJ is all about the relationships you build and the people you meet. Special Events are an opportunity for people to bond and CJ has a passion for performing at private events/ venues to enhance that experience.

EXPERIENCE
Director - Anaheim Police Foundation December 2022 - Present
- Board Member - Working to provide assistance to revolutionize the technology of the Anaheim police force as well as bring the community together. Working with local law enforcement officials, business owners, and politicians to create a safer future for Anaheim.
- Stovall’s Hotels of Anaheim -Experiencing all aspects of hotel operations, marketing and management: hiring staff leadership/ teams, maintenance, front desk, reservation sales, revenue, yielding, HR, night auditing, sales, payroll, 24/7 on call coverage, and brand/ franchise development. Involved with ownership figures/ management of the properties for 10 years. Worked up from starting positions to operations management/ general management. Currently in full time management of the Stovall’s Inn (288 room property with 70 employees/ 5 departments).
- Hospitality Management Services - The Stovall family has been involved in Anaheim’s hotel industry for over 60 years. 4th generation legacy in the family business, Great Grandfather was founder Al Stovall and grandfather Jim Stovall built Stovall’s Hotels properties. We have been focused on Operations Management and charitable/ community outreach/ building relationships with local businesses and politicians in Anaheim. The Goal: “To preserve the traditions that have made the resort successful in years past while looking to redevelop Stovall properties into futuristic Resorts that Disney goers enjoy.” We offer hospitality management services, operations/ development opportunities, and revenue/ sales improvement strategies. We recently took over and implemented a new management company at our Space Age Lodge property in AZ.
- Fundraising and promoting Anaheim/ Cypress youth programs. Helping the youth of the community develop and grow through Anaheim after school/ summer camps and activities. Helping to promote community involvement and helping to put on fundraising events/ annual galas/ golf tournaments to raise charitable dollars for the community. Working alongside local Anaheim business owners and donors.
- Entrepreneur, operating an entertainment/ art business. Wedding Singer, Solo vocalist, Event management/planner. Musician accompanied by top OC & LA musicians and appearing live at venues.
